We know how important health is. We are aware of how our health affects our daily lives. Yet oftentimes, we forget how truly wealthy we are when we are healthy.When we glow with great health, it affects how we work and how we live. It is thus imperative that we must value our health.
How do we value health?
1. Take care of our bodies. It is a temple. It is the framework that makes us who we are. It is what holds our physical strength and abilities.
2. Emotional health is important too. We should not discount that how we feel affects our bodies and our lives. The drive to be healthy is affected by our emotional health.
3. Spiritual health matters as well. We often forget to nourish our soul when we are busy with the material world. We have to feed our soul also to make sure the soul is strong as well.
